About DP Sizer

DP Sizer is a browser-based profile-picture preparation tool. It starts with WhatsApp DP sizing, fitting and circular composition because profile photos are often cropped differently from the original image.

What we build

The editor is designed around a simple workflow: choose an image, fit or crop it on a square canvas, preview the circular composition, adjust the background and export a clean file.

How images are handled

User-selected images are processed locally in the browser. The current editor uses the browser Canvas API for decoding, editing and export; it does not send your selected image to a DP Sizer image-processing server.

Platform guidance

We distinguish official platform guidance from DP Sizer recommendations. Export presets such as 512×512, 640×640 and 1024×1024 are DP Sizer recommendations rather than claims that WhatsApp requires those dimensions.
